The Addictions Coach Opens Exclusive Private Island Retreat
PRLog (Press Release) – Sep. 2, 2013 – MIAMI — Miami, Florida August 26, 2013
The Addictions Coach announced that they are now offering exclusive access to a private Island retreat for clients to relax and work in an exclusively private and individualized manner. Cali Estes, The Premier Addictions Coach, and her personalized team have taken the approach of eliminating all distractions and temptations by placing clients on the secluded island to focus only on recovery and stress reduction. Clients are not subject to groups or meetings but rather permitted the time to fully learn about themselves and make positive strides in their lifestyles.
“With the closest neighbor being 7-10 miles away in each direction it makes it extremely easy to get the client to focus on themselves and their recovery without any distractions of everyday life. It also makes the idea of leaving treatment nonexistent,”
Therapy on the island will last 10-15 days depending on the progress of the client and will include extensive individualized sessions, wellness, yoga, life skills and nutrition. The facility has a unique commercial sized kitchen where all meals will be prepared by a chef and dinning is family style. The sleeping cabins are very private and furnished in an island chic style. The outside areas of the property have many sitting areas, hammocks, swings and a fire pit to encourage healthy socializing. While not in therapy, the client can use their free time to enjoy swimming, kayaking and snorkeling in the beautiful aqua water or sunbathing on the elevated sundeck. There are also miles of secluded beach to walk or run on.
This is a very unique blend of serene secluded nature and Cali Estes’ straight-forward approach to therapy and getting to the root of each individuals problems which, in turn, is leading to the client’s abuse of drugs and alcohol. Cali has been featured in countless journals and magazines and NBC Universal News for her work in addictions and stress management. She brings over 18 years of experience to her clients and tailors each program to fit their unique needs.
“I feel like a person who is willing to meet me on a secluded island to tackle his or her issues with drugs and alcohol head on is a person who is committed to changing their life for the better, “ Cali said.
The Addictions Coach is based out of Miami Florida but services clients in all of South Florida, New York City and Los Angeles.
