The Addictions Coach offers the following programs.
Sober Coaching and Therapy
Individual Sessions (Hourly). Cali offers individual sessions via phone, in person or Skype. Programs run 1 month, 3 months and 6 months depending on the needs of the client. Client’s psychological, physical and behavioral needs will be discussed and program will be tailored to fit each client’s needs.
Intensive Coaching on site
24/7 Coaching for 30 days on site. Coaching covers addiction, therapy, nutrition, post acute withdrawl, coping skills, behavior modifications, etc. Cali lives in the client’s home and introduces a sober and addiction free lifestyle to the client. Cali will assist the family and friends closest to the client in understanding how addiction works and how to ease into habit changing behaviors. Cali will accompany the client on day to day activities and assist the client in transitioning into a addiction free lifestyle.
14 day and 7 day on site. (Intensive on site available as well).
Shorter term intensive by the day (8-12hrs) is available as well. Cali will come to the client’s home, on tour, on site of photo shoot, movie or film production to assist the client in remaining sober and addiction free.
Coach Accompaniment
Cali will accompany the client to a high risk event. Some high risk situations include: weddings, graduations, parties, office events, business meetings or any other place that would put the client in danger of using substances/food. Events can last hours or be booked for the weekend. Cali will assist in buffering the client with others and redirecting triggers and moods surrounding the event and addiction.
Speaking Engagements
Cali is available to speak at your event, party or other engagement.
Family Education and Interventions
Cali is available to educate parents and family on the proper ways to handle addictive behaviors and deal with the ramifications of addiction. If you are a concerned family member that wants your loved one to go to a treatment facility, Cali can handle the intervention on site at your home to facilitate the intervention and assist the addict in getting into a treatment location or sober housing environment.
